For years people kept telling me I should try yoga, “Stacey, you will love it!” I was skeptical. How were a bunch “hippies” going to show this athlete anything new & what would being able to put my foot behind my head teach me? After all, I knew everything at the ripe old age of 24.
I went. I fell in love. I never left. Why Yoga?
It lets you discover parts of you that you have forgotten; it uncovers parts of you that you think don’t exist. Yoga allows your fear to turn into wonder and your pain to become your strength.
It is attainable, at any level and at anytime.

I have been teaching Yoga since 2004 and opened SSP Yoga in 2011. I intend to create a safe and comfortable environment for ALL students to grow, heart and mind, regardless of who they are and where they are with their practice.
My sessions highly personalized to meet individual goals – focusing on physical alignment and addressing any injuries. I use yoga practices to help you understand how your body works, achieving balance, strength, and flexibility. Most of all, SSP is a community. Students support each other on and off the mat. I am committed to the growth and well-being of all of us. Our Schedule Tuesday 6:00pm Core Power Tuesday 7:00pm Mixed Level Yoga Classes are located a Ry9 Fitness (540 Pennsylvania Ave in Fort Washington)
SSP Yoga in addition to Tuesday evenings I am now only offing in home one on one sessions. SSP Yoga is conveniently located near Upper Dublin, Ambler, Lower Gwynedd, Spring House, Blue Bell, Dresher, Willow Grove, Horsham, Abington, Springfield Township, Flourtown and Wyndmoor.
